Terms of Service.

1. Account

By registering, you represent that you are at least 14 years old and have the legal capacity required to use the service. Keep your account and password secure; losses caused by account misuse are the responsibility of the account holder.

2. Subscriptions and credits

• Feature differences and credit quotas for free and paid plans are described on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically by billing cycle and can be turned off at any time from Orders and invoices.
• Credits are limited to the account that received them and cannot be transferred, gifted, or redeemed for cash.

3. Content ownership

You retain all rights to your original materials. Videos generated on Pro plans and above belong to you and may be used commercially, provided your input materials do not infringe anyone else's rights. Content generated on the Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use VGenFlow to generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind. This prohibition also covers nudity, fetish content, and depictions intended to be sexually arousing, whether realistic or stylized. All prompts are screened by automated content moderation, and violations may result in feature restrictions or account suspension. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses.

5. Service changes

We may adjust features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice 7 days in advance.
