Refund Policy.
1. Subscription refunds
Paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days after successful payment if no paid credits have been used in the current period. After 7 days, or after credits have been used, the current period is non-refundable; you can still turn off renewal from the subscription page so billing stops at the next period.
2. Credit pack refunds
One-time credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase if at least 90% of the credits remain. Credit packs that do not meet these conditions are not refundable.
3. Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Arrival usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on the bank or payment platform.
4. How to request
Email contact@vgenflow.com with your account email and order ID. We will reply within 2 business days.
