Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 4, 2026

1. Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers can manage or cancel subscriptions through the customer portal in their account. After cancellation, subscription access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Failed Generations And Credit Refunds

If a generation task fails because of a system error, provider failure, or internal error before or after a content safety check, related frozen credits are released or refunded to the account balance.

3. Content Safety Rejections

Prompts rejected for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not generated. If credits were frozen for the related task, those credits are released or refunded.

4. Subscription Refunds

If you contact support within 7 days of buying a subscription and no subscription credits have been used in the current subscription period, we can help process a refund request. Except where required by law, used subscription periods, consumed credits, and completed generations are generally non-refundable.

5. One-Time Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable, but contact us if there was a duplicate charge, payment error, or legally required refund situation.
